Big squishy mallows, hand poured small batches made in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland.

I became a marshmallow maker in 2020 offering treat boxes during lockdown. They were a well received addition to my treat boxes, not only tasting amazing they’re so much fun to make that I made them a staple in my home run bakery. Recovering from lockdown I have moved across to concentrate on my love of mallowing, the beautiful art of making big fluffy squishy pillows of tasty loveliness. And thats where I am at now, offering so many new and exciting flavours, and taking my treats to all the small craft fairs as well as local markets for everyone to enjoy.

You can find me some weekends at St Georges Market and occasionally at Junction one monthly market.
